Remote Senior Workplace Engineer (M365 & PowerShell) with German

Description:

• Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell automation workflows for user provisioning, permission changes, and operational tasks.
• Automate and support Microsoft 365 operations, including tenant administration and user lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 services, Windows OS, and File Services.
• Communicate with clients, coach junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Propose and validate process improvements and maintain technical documentation.
• Support software packaging and deployment efforts across managed environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in PowerShell; knowledge of Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Experience with software distribution solutions (e.g., SCCM/MECM, Intune).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and management tools.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and software packaging.
• Experience with AppX/MSIX is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in both German and English.
