Description:

Lead the development of scalable organic growth systems using AI for Wati, a WhatsApp-first conversational growth platform.
Oversee SEO strategy, content quality, and AI-powered automation to enhance organic growth across traditional and AI discovery platforms.

Requirements:

Proven track record in driving ARR/pipeline growth through SEO and content strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO, automated content workflows, and agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
Deep understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and emerging rules of Generative/Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO).
High comfort level with numbers, cohort performance, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
Experience leading teams or cross-functional squads with accountability and regular review processes.
