Remote Site Reliability Engineer

Description:

• Hozah is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own the production platform and ensure uptime and reliability of parking and payments systems.
• The role involves managing GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in production reliability for a Kubernetes-based platform in the last 12-24 months.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (preferably Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Proven track record of reducing cloud costs and maintaining them.
• Experience setting up on-call and incident response processes.
• Ability to build observability and service level objectives that drive actionable fixes.
• Strong collaboration skills with product engineers and experience using AI tools in operations.
