Description:

  • Join Rocket.net as a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain the health, stability, and performance of our hosting platform.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and act as a critical escalation layer between WordPress Support and Engineering.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux production environments and web hosting technologies (NGINX, Apache, PHP-FPM, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work under pressure during incidents.
