Description:

  • Lead the software technical direction and accountability for Kepler's flight and ground software.
  • Provide cross-program technical leadership to ensure software integrity and coherence.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience, including roles as Chief Engineer or Software Architect.
  • Strong understanding of the complete software lifecycle and experience mentoring senior engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and executing an AI strategy across software engineering.
