Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring the trustworthiness of autonomous AI systems at SOFICO Intelligence.
  • Design and build evaluation harness for agentic AI, focusing on quality assurance for non-deterministic systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development and quality assurance.
  • Strong coding skills in Go or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and command line operations.
  • Experience with LLM-based or agentic systems.
  • Ability to evaluate non-deterministic AI output against quality metrics.
  • Knowledge of LLM concepts affecting quality.
  • Fluent in English for international collaboration.
