Description:

Lead the engineering team focused on modernizing high-value private market data workflows.
Work on scalable data workflows to improve data timeliness, quality, and availability across PitchBook’s ecosystem.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience with strong Java expertise.
Experience in leading technical delivery or mentoring engineers in backend/data platform teams.
Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and relational databases.
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies and practical experience with Kubernetes.
Strong ownership mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and strong problem-solving skills.
English — Upper Intermediate or higher; Ukrainian — fluent.
