Description:

  • Join Quilter's File I/O team to build integrations with leading PCB CAD tools (Altium, Cadence Allegro, Siemens Xpedition).
  • Work primarily in Python to parse, translate, and generate complex CAD formats, enhancing Quilter's internal board model.
  • Engage in AI-native development, mastering skills in agent harnesses, reverse-engineering, and automation.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of software engineering experience, focusing on backend or systems work.
  • Strong proficiency in Python with a track record of writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Comfort with ambiguous problems, reverse-engineering, and general knowledge of binary formats.
  • Solid fundamentals in design, testing, and debugging, along with strong communication skills.
