Remote Software Engineer - AI Platform

Description:

• Join CaptivateIQ as a Software Engineer to build AI capabilities for sales performance management.
• Work on the Agentic SDK team, developing AI-powered features across the full stack (React/TypeScript frontends and Python backends).
• Contribute to LLM orchestration and MCP systems, shipping features end-to-end and collaborating with product teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with growth in scope and complexity.
• Proficient in Python and experienced in building production backend services (Django preferred).
• Solid frontend skills in React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering fundamentals.
• Experience in building LLM-powered workflows and working with ambiguous requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
