Description:

  • Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketers with a Composable CDP for efficient campaign management.
  • The Control Plane team is seeking a product-minded backend engineer to develop tools for enterprise onboarding and management of Hightouch deployments.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in backend development, distributed systems, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Ability to engage with product specifications and possess strong customer and product thinking.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $260,000 USD per year, location independent.
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
