Requirements:

Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems design.
Experience in building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability backend systems.
Proficient in backend infrastructure design and operation, including deployment automation and observability.
Comfortable working across different layers of the stack, from performance-critical code to production operations.
Eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
