Description:

  • Join MotherDuck to enhance data warehousing experiences by bridging DuckDB with cloud operations.
  • Work on core server and client extension logic in C++ to improve embedded database performance and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building complex backend systems and fluency in C++, Rust, Java, or similar systems languages.
  • Strong foundation in query engines, execution plans, and performance optimization; hands-on experience with DuckDB is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and low-latency distributed systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor peers.
