Responsibilities include supporting engineering teams by maintaining and improving the high-frequency trading (HFT) platform across multiple environments, working on network, operating systems, and applications to achieve ultra-low latency and high reliability, enhancing developer experience through modern tools and automation, and exploring new technologies for infrastructure optimization.
Requirements:
Candidates should have at least 5 years of strong coding experience, with knowledge of Python, Ansible, or Terraform being a plus.
A strong DevOps background is required, including experience with troubleshooting Kubernetes and Docker, debugging applications, and basic network administration.
Familiarity with AWS cloud is necessary, and knowledge of other cloud services and networking expertise is advantageous.
Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, as the role requires working cohesively with the team.
A strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization is essential.
A data-driven focus is required, utilizing performance metrics and monitoring data for optimization and debugging.
