Description:

  • Build and scale the data platform for reliable, auditable workflows from GTM signals.
  • Design queues and workers for enrichment, routing, assignment, and activation.
  • Integrate external data sources and APIs across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to create reusable platform primitives from experiments.
  • Debug production issues across multiple systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data platforms, backend systems, or data/ML infrastructure.
  • Deep experience with analytical data systems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
  • Proven track record of managing complex, end-to-end systems.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, schema evolution, and maintainability.
  • Ability to ensure workflows are functional and trustworthy for users.
  • Strong debugging skills.
