The Software Engineer will build backend systems for the AI automation platform while focusing on product decisions and customer needs.
Responsibilities include implementing scalable Go services, collaborating with customers, and participating in product conversations.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 2-4 years of backend engineering experience.
Proficiency in Go is required, or a willingness to learn quickly if experienced in similar languages like Typescript, Python, Java, Rust, or C++.
Exposure to gRPC, MongoDB, or similar technologies is necessary.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and basic DevOps practices is expected.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred.
Strong English communication skills for international collaboration are essential.
Candidates should have an interest in understanding business models, user behavior, and success metrics.

The position offers a competitive salary (₹15-22 LPA CTC based on experience).
