Description:

WorkOS builds developer tools and APIs for companies to become Enterprise Ready, focusing on authentication, identity, and authorization.
The Infrastructure Security team supports secure application building and compliance, focusing on workload identity and authorization.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in security-related platforms or distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of secrets management, fine-grained authorization, and workload identity systems.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and authentication technologies (JWTs, X.509, PKI, etc.).
Experience in building production infrastructure with a focus on availability and failure modes.
Proven ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities.
