Join Chime’s Lending org to build products and platforms for fair, transparent credit and liquidity.
Work on real-time money movement and decisioning infrastructure at scale, impacting millions of members.
Lead technical initiatives across products and platforms, shaping the evolution of Lending as a system.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in building and operating production software at scale.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks, with experience designing and running APIs.
Strong understanding of relational databases, caching, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and a commitment to maintainable, well-tested code.
Curiosity about product impact and interest in data-driven systems; fintech/risk experience is a plus.
