• The project involves an internal automation/platform-oriented solution used by multiple teams, focusing on reliability, standardization, and reducing manual steps and human error.
• Daily responsibilities include architectural decisions, reviewing technical proposals, improving CI/CD processes, identifying risks, and occasionally working hands-on in complex areas.
• The tech stack includes .NET (not mandatory), distributed systems, event-driven patterns, API-first mindset, relational databases (MSSQL), CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud experience (Azure).
• The candidate must be able to own and evolve the technical direction of the solution, design pragmatic and scalable systems, make end-to-end technical decisions, drive automation, and translate business goals into technical strategy.
• Strong critical thinking, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential soft skills for this role.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have senior backend experience, with .NET being a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture is required.
• Proficiency in relational databases, particularly MSSQL, at production scale is necessary.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and reusable workflows, especially using GitHub Actions, is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, and experience with cloud providers like Azure is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to design systems that are pragmatic, maintainable, and scalable.
• The ability to make end-to-end technical decisions from design to deployment is essential.
• Candidates should be able to anticipate technical risks and act proactively to mitigate them.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively are required.
• Clear and direct communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
