Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Build NICE’s next-generation Workforce Management platform with AI-powered capabilities.
• Develop full-stack features and optimize components for performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and champion continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a GPA of at least 85.
• 1-4 years of experience in software development, particularly with AI-augmented systems.
• Strong understanding of OOP, OOD, and client/server software systems.
• Experience with cloud (SAAS) environments and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and a team player; fluent in English.
• Advantageous: Experience with AI/LLM systems, JavaScript/Angular, and agile methodologies.
