The Software Engineer will be part of the OTC team, which builds the infrastructure for trading with various clients, including VIP clients and financial institutions.
The role involves using Rust and AWS to develop systems that facilitate trading and improve platform connectivity for new business cases.
Responsibilities include connecting liquidity aggregators and institutions, as well as enhancing the platform for both API trading with brokers and large block trading with institutional traders.
The team is composed of experienced engineers from top tech companies and academic institutions, focused on creating a next-generation trading platform that operates across multiple exchanges and tokens.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
The position requires ownership and problem-solving skills, with the expectation that engineers manage their own agendas and deliver results.
End-to-end delivery expertise is necessary, including engineering, system design, monitoring, performance tuning, and low-level optimization, with a focus on Rust and AWS.
