The Software Engineer will develop the Data Transformation Agent (DTA) and manage data workflows, integration, and code excellence.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software engineering with a relevant degree.
Proficiency in Python and knowledge of LLMs and agentic systems.
Experience with multi-omics data and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
