Description:

  • Join Descript's product engineering team to own outcomes and deliver measurable results.
  • Work on one of several teams: Editor, Growth & Monetization, Media, or AI, focusing on distinct product areas.
  • Design full-stack systems that enhance user experiences and deliver value.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and shipping customer-facing products with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in leveraging AI and analytics to improve product features.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and experience in media products or creative tools is a plus.
