Description:

  • WorkOS builds developer tools and APIs for companies to become Enterprise Ready, focusing on authentication, identity, and authorization.
  • The role involves optimizing code production and collaboration within the engineering team, acting as a bridge between infrastructure, product, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in rolling out team-wide process/tooling changes.
  • Ability to identify tradeoffs and needs of scaling companies, with understanding of developer tool chains.
  • Experience writing documentation, including technical guides and coding standards.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Postgres is a plus.
