Description:

Act as a coach in agile development environments.
Guide teams through complex technical challenges and ensure technical leadership, architectural decisions, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience in the Java ecosystem (Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate).
Deep technical expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP optional).
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI.
Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, or other agile methods.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, solution-oriented communication, and self-driven.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
