• The Render Security team is responsible for all aspects of security at Render, focusing on full-stack security ownership, an engineering-first approach, and proactive threat management.
• The role involves building internal tooling, implementing detection systems, analyzing security issues, educating developers, liaising with customers, communicating security risks, staying updated on security threats, and partnering with product engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or security.
• Experience in designing and building secure web applications, tools, and APIs is required.
• Candidates should have experience with vulnerability review and analysis.
• Strong incident leadership and diligent response skills are necessary.
• Empathy toward team members and customers is essential.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to make pragmatic decisions about work is required.
