Description:

  • Develop a product that enables non-technical users to leverage Bonsai’s self-improvement capabilities.
  • Take ownership of transforming real work into measurable improvements and ensure user control without technical configurations.

Requirements:

  • Experience building with LLMs beyond prompts, including retrieval, evaluations, and agent loops.
  • Strong writing skills to create clear instructions for models.
  • Ability to design effective evaluations and measure true outcomes.
  • Good product instincts to balance user interaction and system complexity.
  • Familiarity with skills, rules files, or custom instructions in your work.
