Join Grafana Labs as a Software Engineer on the Synthetic Monitoring squad, responsible for building and operating Grafana Cloud Synthetic Monitoring.
Work on a multi-tenant distributed system implemented in Go, running on Kubernetes across major cloud providers, executing billions of synthetic tests monthly.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Go or another systems language (Rust, Java, C++), with a focus on backend systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment, communicate effectively, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Experience with operational mindset, systems thinking, and user-centered software development processes.

Competitive salary range of GBP 72,000 - GBP 90,000, with equity and bonus opportunities.
