Description:

OpenRouter is an AI routing and infrastructure platform for enterprises to manage and optimize large language models.
The Software Engineer will work on the Trust & Safety team to develop systems that prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal content on the platform.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in building and operating production systems, preferably in trust & safety, fraud, or security.
Proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript runtimes.
Ability to write SQL for large datasets and analyze precision, recall, and decision costs.
Strong judgment with incomplete evidence and high agency in problem-solving.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle sensitive content.
Excellent communication skills for explaining findings and systems.
