Description:

Join Jitterbit's engineering team as a Software QA Engineer, focusing on validating front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality.
Collaborate with engineers, product management, and operations to build, test, and release innovative products in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

8+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with a proven track record in ownership and complexity across multiple releases.
Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for both frontend and backend systems.
Ability to build and maintain stable, production-like test environments.
Skilled in writing high-quality bug reports and defining meaningful quality metrics.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to acceptance criteria and improving testability.
Expertise in testing SaaS/iPaaS and cloud-based systems, including containerized deployments.
Strong experience validating REST/SOAP APIs and testing integrations with various systems.
Familiarity with tools like Postman, SoapUI, and Datadog for diagnosing issues and validating system health.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Experience with test automation (TypeScript or Python) and leveraging AI tools for productivity is a plus.
