Description:
- Business Changers is a tech company focused on technological innovation, seeking a Tech Lead to manage a software Delivery Center.
- The role involves overseeing complex projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring progress, managing risks, and coaching the team.
- Work location: Rome (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of React, Vue, Node.js, MySQL, MERN stack, and J2EE.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile framework.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of smart contract languages (Solidity) is a plus.
