Description:

  • Lead technical efforts in pre-sales and post-sales environments.
  • Design and scope 2501 agent deployments tailored to customer infrastructures.
  • Conduct POCs and pilots, integrating with customer observability stacks.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor connecting product and field teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, capable of architecting and demonstrating solutions.
  • Bilingual in French and English, residing in or near Paris (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Experience in MSP, startups, or tech scaleups is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
