• Position: Solution Architect - Continuous Improvement – Managed Services
• Responsible for shaping the long-term evolution of customers' Microsoft business application landscape post go-live, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic advisory.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, solution governance, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders in global organizations.
• Track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading architecture teams and providing technical leadership.
• Strategic thinker, passionate about continuous improvement, and comfortable influencing stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
