7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in Telecom or Tech.
Proven ability to translate complex regulatory documents into actionable tasks and discuss technical concepts with engineers.
Strong skills in writing User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets.
Experience in international roaming and telecom market nuances.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
