Remote Solution Architect (Agentforce) Senior

Description:

• Lead technical and architectural decisions for digital initiatives.
• Design modern, scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions, focusing on Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in software or enterprise solution architecture.
• 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce projects or equivalent multi-system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture and interaction between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Solid experience in Agentforce architecture and Data Cloud, including Data Model Objects and Identity Resolution.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, and Change Data Capture.
• Experience with Salesforce security models and cloud architectures.
• At least one current Salesforce architecture certification required (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect).
• Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Telecommunications, or related fields.
