Description:

  • Seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Solution Architect for North America team.
  • Role involves delivering complex Automated Fare Collection (AFC) and mobility modernization solutions in collaboration with transit agencies and technology partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Solution Architect or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and data flows.
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and lead workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with architecture modeling frameworks and tools.
