Description:

Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Design customized solutions based on customer requirements and feedback.
Collaborate with product development to integrate customer feedback into product improvements.
Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
Ensure effective communication and alignment across various departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network design with Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco Meraki equipment.
Experience with Ekahau software and Lucidcharts (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
