Remote Solution Design Engineer

Description:

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Design customized solutions based on customer requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate with product development to integrate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across various departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network design with Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Experience with Ekahau software and Lucidcharts (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
