Description:

  • Serve as a customer-facing technical partner for enterprise customers in APAC, implementing and expanding Drata’s security and compliance automation platform.
  • Own the technical customer experience from kickoff through ongoing adoption, acting as implementation lead, platform expert, trainer, and trusted advisor.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of post-sales experience in roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in leading complex enterprise implementations and excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • 5+ years in security, compliance, or related fields preferred; hands-on experience with AI-powered tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), REST APIs, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Based in or able to work APAC hours; English fluency required, additional languages are a plus.
