Description:

  • Join the pre-sales team as a Senior Data Solution Architect, partnering with customers to co-create solutions and expand ServiceNow's presence in data platforms, Intelligent Automation, and Generative AI.
  • Shape and showcase the technical vision for ServiceNow's emerging data capabilities, focusing on distributed databases, data integration, and advanced analytics.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in technical presales, consulting, solution engineering, or architecture roles with direct customer engagement; enterprise software experience required.
  • Deep understanding of distributed database concepts, data engineering, and integration technologies (e.g., REST, JDBC, Kafka).
  • 3+ years of experience selling AI models, with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Strong coding skills in SQL, Python, or similar languages; experience with cloud-based AI platforms is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data and AI concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the work week for technical sales activities.
