Description:

Serve as a supply chain expert and technical lead throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct discovery sessions to gather business and technology requirements, focusing on AI-powered capabilities.
Translate technical architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
Design end-to-end integration architectures tailored to each prospect’s ecosystem.
Demonstrate Cleo solutions through presentations and POCs, ensuring measurable ROI.
Lead technical responses for RFI/RFPs, articulating Cleo’s value propositions.
Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success for smooth technical handoffs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS or supply chain software.
Hands-on experience with EDI, B2B integration protocols, and integration platforms.
Understanding of core supply chain processes and B2B integrations.
Proven ability to lead technical discovery and solution design in enterprise sales cycles.
Experience articulating AI-powered product capabilities to diverse audiences.
Preferred: experience with AI/ML-powered SaaS features and familiarity with supply chain systems.
