Remote Solutions Architect

Description:

• Join Kobie, a recognized leader in loyalty solutions, as a Solutions Architect in a remote/hybrid role.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to align client needs with Kobie capabilities, ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales in a technology environment.
• Proficient in documenting business requirements and validating delivery cost estimates across various workstreams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies, and ability to build solution demos and proposals.
• Strongly preferred: Knowledge of loyalty marketing programs, experience in retail/financial services/travel, and familiarity with MarTech platforms.
