7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect in Telecom or Tech.
Proven ability to translate complex regulatory documents into actionable tasks and communicate technical concepts.
Strong skills in writing User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets.
Experience in international roaming and telecom market nuances.
Ability to create structured technical documentation and mentor team members.
