Description:

  • Join Deepgram as a Solutions Architect (Applied Engineer) to engage with customers and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Own post-sales customer engagements, enhance support infrastructure, and assist with pre-sales and implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in technical support or solutions engineering roles.
  • Strong software engineering background in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience in developing automation solutions and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
