Description:

  • Guide enterprise customers through migrations from legacy identity and directory architectures to JumpCloud's Open Directory Platform.
  • Serve as a trusted technical authority, bridging customer business requirements with architectural execution and driving platform adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise identity architecture design and executing directory migrations.
  • Deep technical expertise in authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM) and multi-OS device management.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft ecosystems (Active Directory, Azure AD) and identity governance frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and executive stakeholders.
