Description:

Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements for new and existing customers.
Execute short and long-term customer projects, ensuring technical discovery and architectural recommendations.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and complex data models.
Exceptional technical writing and communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field is preferred.
