Description:

  • Join Grafana Labs as a Solutions Engineer, focusing on customer engagement and technical expertise.
  • Work with the Commercial Solutions Engineering team to educate customers and support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in Metrics/Monitoring.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and customers.
  • Ability to solve technical challenges and a desire for technical growth.
  • Ideally located on the East Coast.
