Description:

  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address complex customer issues.
  • Engage with finance leaders on topics like revenue recognition and billing complexity, linking discussions to product value.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
  • CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting.
  • Practical experience with revenue recognition and billing workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate solutions effectively.
  • Availability to work standard US business hours (ET/PT).
