Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Partner with Account Executives to drive technical win strategies and close enterprise deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor bridging AppSec, Development, and Executive stakeholders.
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering, advocating for customer needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor within the organization.
• Adapt to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if based in Austin, TX.
• 3+ years of pre-sales experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• At least 1 year of experience in the security space (e.g., Security Engineer, Penetration Tester).
• Solid understanding of software development practices, application architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of web APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and scripting for automation.
• Strong technical communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Preferred hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce.
