Description:

  • Aera Technology is a leader in Decision Intelligence Platforms, helping enterprises automate decision-making with AI.
  • The Solutions Engineer acts as a strategic partner to Sales, responsible for advancing complex enterprise opportunities and aligning stakeholders around Aera’s value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a Pre-Sales role for an enterprise software firm.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Operations Management and familiarity with process manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a background in data science/machine learning preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM Engineering or Computer Science; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $180,000, plus ~20% bonus and equity options.
