Description:

  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for Redwood’s existing customers.
  • Drive adoption, uncover new opportunities for expansion, and act as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on technical experience in enterprise software and technologies (e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, ERP).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues at a high level.
  • Experience with SAP ERP solutions and programming languages like Java or SQL preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
