Description:

  • Solutions Engineer at Whippy, a remote position in the United States with 20-30% travel to industry shows and customer sites.
  • Responsible for making complex deployments provable in pre-sales and repeatable in post-sales, working closely with the CEO, CTO, AEs, and Customer Success.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or senior Implementation Engineer in staffing technology, ATS ecosystems, or CCaaS and business telephony.
  • Ability to read API documentation, test endpoints, debug integrations, and run technical demos independently.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both business owners and IT teams.
